Whilst we don't recommend completely submerging your Gollo toothbrush in water, it is safe to use in the shower and in environments where it may get splashed with water.
Please let your Gollo air dry to preserve the brush heads and aesthetics of the toothbrush. Drying your toothbrush may wear the toothbrush heads faster than normal and may cause cosmetic wear to the gold foiling.
Our protective lid should only be used when travelling or moving your Gollo. This is to ensure that water does not build up on your brush and to allow the brush head to dry between each clean.
Our heads are designed in a way so that if the unit is dropped or takes a hard knock, it doesn't snap the entire unit, and just the head comes loose to protect the base unit. We have designed this based on strong market research. People tend to keep their brush upright when not using so that it can dry. A lot of the time, electric toothbrushes are knocked over and the base is damaged.
When the head detaches from the plastic insert, this should clip back on easily and should be stable when brushing your teeth. The toothbrush head should not need removing until replaced, this can be left on whilst travelling and the cover can sit over the head.
Toothbrushes can be shared, however, we would strongly recommend due to hygiene reasons that a single toothbrush should be used for 1 person only.

If your Gollo is anything but perfect, at anytime, we will replace this free of charge! The unit must be shipped back to us for inspection.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Just copy and paste it into the 'Track Your Order' page on our website.
On very rare occasions parcels do go missing. Firstly, check that you have not received a card from the delivery company, then check around the property and with neighbours. After undertaking these steps, please call the delivery company and state your tracking number for further update. If you are unable to locate the parcel after these steps, please contact us immediately so that we can look into this further and request GPS tracking and a POD for that day. We ask customers to undertake these steps before reaching out for a replacement or a refund to ensure that fraudulent activity isn't taking place.
